Here is a simple guide to installing the English version of Microsoft Office 2019 from an IMG installation file and activating.
1. Download the Installation File
Download the English version of Office 2019 from the link below.

2. Open the IMG File
Locate the downloaded IMG file and double-click it. Alternatively, right-click the file and select Mount.
The installation files should appear as a virtual DVD drive in File Explorer. If the file does not open, try opening it with Windows Explorer and selecting Mount again.
3. Install Office
Open the mounted drive and run setup.exe. Follow the on-screen instructions and wait for the installation to finish.
4. Open an Office Application
Once installation is complete, open an Office application such as Excel or Word.
You may be asked to sign in or activate your copy of Office.
5. Activate Office
If you are using any third-party antivirus, please terminate the program first.
Press Win + X and Run (Windows powershell-Admin) Or ( Terminal – Admin) Mode

Wait until the activation is completed.
6. Check the Activation Status
In Excel or Word, go to File → Account and check the information under Product Information.
Once activation is complete, accept the licence agreement if prompted. Office should then be ready to use.
