Hello! My name is Jeff. I was born in South Korea in 1981 and moved to New Zealand in 2006. I have lived in Christchurch ever since.
I first came to New Zealand on a working holiday visa. During my early years here, I studied English at a language school, worked a variety of part-time jobs, and gained experience working for different companies. I later worked in the aircraft parts sales industry and became a permanent resident of New Zealand in 2009.
Over the past 20 years, I have met many people, taken on different challenges, and collected countless stories and practical lessons from everyday life in New Zealand. I started this blog because I wanted to share some of those experiences with others.
I plan to write about a wide range of topics, including life in New Zealand and other subjects that I have personally experienced or become interested in. I hope this blog will become a welcoming place where we can share useful information, learn from one another, and make everyday life a little easier.
안녕하세요. 저는 1981년 한국에서 태어나 2006년 뉴질랜드로 이주해 지금까지 크라이스트처치에 살고 있는 제프입니다.
처음에는 워킹홀리데이 비자로 뉴질랜드에 왔습니다. 어학원에서 영어를 공부하고 여러 아르바이트와 직장생활을 경험하며 이곳에 하나씩 뿌리를 내렸습니다. 이후 항공기 부품 판매 관련 회사에서 근무했고, 2009년에는 뉴질랜드 영주권을 취득했습니다.
뉴질랜드에서 살아온 지난 20년 동안 다양한 사람을 만나고 여러 일을 경험하면서 크고 작은 이야기와 유용한 생활정보가 쌓였습니다. 그 경험을 다른 분들과 나누고 싶어 이 블로그를 시작하게 되었습니다.
이곳에서는 뉴질랜드 생활뿐만 아니라 제가 직접 경험하고 관심을 가져온 다양한 주제를 편안하게 이야기해 보려고 합니다. 제 글이 누군가에게 작게나마 도움이 되고, 서로의 경험과 유익한 정보를 함께 나눌 수 있는 공간이 되었으면 좋겠습니다.
